Event Planned Perfectly
We will meet for a free one hour consultation and discuss what your vision is and determine what the budget is. I will take that and plan the day start to finish. The price is 12% of the total budget. The minimum price for this service is $750 the 12% would be for a budget over $6000. The package would include a total of 20 hours of consultation, meeting with vendors and planning for the day. The time would be divided to include 10 hours on the day of the event. I would discuss all the plans and would not make any decisions without first having your approval. If the event requires more than 20 hours the charge would be $50.00 per hour above the base 20 hours. A deposit of 50% is due to hold the date.
Items Perfectly Assembled
I have things that I can help with on an individual basis. I have listed some of the services that are available but this is by no means complete. If there is something that you need help with please call. We will discuss the idea I will see what I can do and what the price would be.

Prices revised January 2012 and valid through December 2012. Prices are based on events in the Salem-Keizer area. Events outside this service area may be subject to travel charges.

Event Orchestrated Perfectly
This is the day of event package. We will meet for a free one hour consultation at the beginning of your planning to determine what you will need from me. I will consult with you again as the day gets closer, about 2 weeks before the event. On the day of the event I will take care of meeting the vendors and setting up the reception and ceremony area. I will then be there for the whole event and stay until the last guest and or vendor leaves. I am available for rehearsal before the day too. The total for this package is $500 and includes 10 hours total. If more time is needed I will charge $50.00 per hour above the base 10. A deposit of $250 is due to hold the date.
